The development and management of the risk management process. MOD contracts require active management of risk to highlight potential threats to the procurement schedule and require risk to be actively managed throughout the programme.

Capabilities
Recent experience has been gained on current DPA contracts in which collective customer and contractor risks have been managed in a consolidated risk register.

Develop and maintenance of the risk register.

Management of the individual risks through placement of actions and regular risk meetings to reduce potential impact.
