Programme Schedule
Develop programme plans in Microsoft Project and actively manage the programme to that schedule.
Schedule Risk Analysis
Develop the uncertainty within the Microsoft Project schedule and then overlay the risks from the risk register with their own uncertainty. Conduct a Monte Carlo simulation on the combined uncertainty and risk, using tools such as @Risk or Predict!, and derive the spread of key dates within the programme schedule.
This tool is used to provide confidence on the programme schedule and is required within current DPA bids and contracts.
